Django Unchained

"Django Unchained" arguably could of been the best movie of the year. This movie is definitely one of those movies that will be considered one of the greatest. "Django Unchained" was written very well. Quentin Tarantino (director/writer) did another fantastic job of writing. "Django Unchained" won two Oscars for best performance by an actor in a supporting role and best writing, original screenplay. Christoph Waltz (Dr. King Shultz) won the Oscar for best performance by an actor in a supporting role, and he deserved it. Actually, every single actor in this film did a fantastic job. Now I know that people where hoping that Leonardo DiCaprio (Calvin Candy) would get his first Oscar by being in this film, but it wasn't that he didn't deserve it, it was just the fact that he didn't have a enough screen time. So don't think that Leonardo DiCaprio did a terrible job, because he did amazingly. Surprisingly enough, Jamie Foxx (Django) did a really good job in the movie. Now when I say "surprisingly", I mean that Jamie Foxx hasn't been in enough movies for me to say that he deserves to be "Django", but he did pull it off. I know that Quentin Tarantino asked Will Smith to be "Django" in this film (which would've been awesome), but I can now admit, that I am happy that Quentin Tarantino chose Jamie Foxx to play "Django".
